Individual Therapy

People come to therapy to get support during a rough patch, trouble shoot something that troubles them, or to address large-scale life changes. No matter which category you are in, it is possible to find traction in your life and create movement. Tailored to your needs, I offer individual therapy for your unique life situation.

Sessions are between 45 minutes & 1 hour

Child Therapy

Kids process big feelings through play. Adult responses can help them make sense of their world. I can help facilitate this process using play therapy techniques & parent consultations to address issues of impulse control, moodiness, clinginess, trauma, depression, grief, and worry.

Relationship Counseling

Reconnect with your partner. Reconnect with yourself. Romantic and loving relationships need a bit of maintenance. I help improve communication, resolve conflict and identify strategies to change patterns.

60 minute sessions

Family Therapy

Behavior and communication patterns don’t develop on their own. Social problems & solutions depend on context. I use insight into your family’s unique pattern to help identify changes to alter the dynamics which bring your family to therapy.

Life Event and Trauma Therapy

When a life-altering event takes place, sometimes our current tool kit isn’t enough to help us make sense of it. I offer compassionate counseling that can dispel the haunting effects of difficult moments
